This Barre Bootcamp program targets your entire body with a new focus
each week to help perfect proper alignment, training safely and build strength! There will be
three 45 minute classes each week, along with two ‘quickie’ 10-15 minute classes. Get ready
for a fun, exciting and hard-working 3 weeks together! What are you waiting for!?
*Equipment needed - Hand weights, mat, and mini bands
WEEK ONE
Class 1 (45 minutes) - Upper Body: Shoulders Edition
* This class will target all around your shoulders, giving the ultimate burn!
Class 2 (45 minutes) - Upper Body: Back Edition
* This class will target your entire back, helping to support your posture and more!
Class 3 (45 minutes) - Upper Body: Fusion Class
* This class combines all of your work and knowledge from our quickies and other classes for
an amazing upper body finisher!
Quickie class #1 - Upper Body: Bicep Burn
Quickie class #2 - Upper Body: Tricep Burn
WEEK TWO
Class 1 (45 minutes) - Lower Body: Glutes Edition
* This class targets your glutes from all angles, get ready for the ultimate booty burn!
Class 2 (45 minutes) - Lower Body: Lunge Edition
* This class will focus on lunges in all their forms! Let’s work on your lower body stability and
conquer the lunge!
Class 3 (45 minutes) - Lower Body: Fusion Class
* This class will take all of our lower body knowledge and combine it into one super fun class!
Quickie class #1 - Lower Body: Hamstring Burn
Quickie class #2 - Lower Body: Calf Burn
WEEK THREE
Class 1 (45 minutes) - Core: Oblique Edition
* This class is all things oblique, learning how to properly engage and find the ultimate burn!
Class 2 (45 minutes) - Core: Abdominals Edition
* This class will focus on learning how to deeply engage your transverse and rectus abdominal
muscles!
Class 3 (45 minutes) - Core: Fusion Class
* This class takes all of your other classes and combines the work for the biggest core burn!
Quickie class #1 - Core: How to engage our deep abdominals
Quickie class #2 - Core: Standing core
BONUS CLASS
(45 minutes) - Full Body: Fusion
* The last class of our 3 weeks together will be the ultimate push for strength and cardio!
