In this Spring yin class, Sunny leads you through a practice that focuses on the liver and gall bladder meridians. This class will restore the body in a gentle practice where postures, mainly focused on the lower body, are passively held for several minutes. The Release supports the body’s healing of injury, making it an effective physiotherapeutic practice. This practice is an all-level class with the potential to be a powerful experience as each posture can generate both physical and emotional tension release. For this class, it is recommended to have 2 blocks, 2 blankets, and 2 bolsters.
