A fun and effective full body ballet barre workout that will create lasting results. With a focus on arms get prepared to strengthen, lengthen + transform your body from head to toe. This class will improve your balance, flexibility and alignment while creating long, lean muscle definition. This practice is low to no impact, no experience necessary. A couple of hand weights or toning balls are recommended for this class.
