This Flow class is a Yang and Yin class, moving you through equal parts of active and restorative postures. Sunny will incorporate a variety of modifications for students and their respective levels, creating a communal space for everyone to work within their own practice. For this class, you will need 2 blocks, 2 blankets, and a bolster.
