Deep stretch (for lower body): this half hour is focused on a deep stretch sequence for the lower body. Without access to the gym and our regular workout routines, a lot of us getting outside to for long walks and runs to burn off energy, this will leave your hips and hamstrings extremely tight if not stretched out. Nora takes you through a deep stretch sequence that gets right into the hips, hamstrings and hip-flexors to help alleviate the negative impacts of long periods of sitting and extended amounts of walking/running. Prop recommendations: 2 yoga blocks and a strap are recommended.
