The Full Body Barre + Chiara (19 min)
Join Chiara for a full body toning barre session. In place of a barre you may use any stable service - the back of a chair or couch or counter top. A set of light hand weights will also be utilized throughout this class if those are available to you.

When you're short on time but need a highly effective class - this is the one for you! A full body barre with extra toning through the use of of resistance bands. A couch, chair, counter, or any stable service may be used in place of a barre.

Join Emily for a 30 minute power barre! Anything stable can be used in place for the barre - back of a couch/chair, counter, or wall all work great.
