This class will improve your balance, flexibility and alignment while creating long, lean muscle definition. Feel supported by the ballet barre and keep the beat to fun and uplifting music. This practice is low to no impact, no experience necessary.

  • The Barre + Amber (26 min)

    Let the precise movements of ballet transform your muscles in this Barre class with Amber. For this class, you will need a stability/squishy ball, 2 toning balls and a resistance band.

  • The Barre + Emily (20 min)

    Join Emily for a 20 minute full body barre workout! Any sturdy surface can be used in place of a barre at home such as the back of a chair or couch or a counter top. Emily utilizes a squishy/toning ball for added resistance if one is handy to you.

  • The Barre : Lower Body & Glutes + Emily (18 min)

    Join Emily for a deeply toning lower body + glute focused 20 minute barre class. Any sturdy surface can be used in place of a barre such as the back of a chair/couch or counter. A mat and some water nearby are also encouraged!

  • The Barre Inner and Outer Thigh + Chiara (18 min)

    Join Chiara for a barre inspired lower body practise focusing in on those inner and outer thighs! This class will be done utilizing solely your own body weight - no props necessary.

  • The Full Body Barre + Chiara (19 min)

    Join Chiara for a full body toning barre session. In place of a barre you may use any stable service - the back of a chair or couch or counter top. A set of light hand weights will also be utilized throughout this class if those are available to you.

  • The Barre + Emily (17 min)

    When you're short on time but need a highly effective class - this is the one for you! A full body barre with extra toning through the use of of resistance bands. A couch, chair, counter, or any stable service may be used in place of a barre.

  • The Power Barre + Emily (29 min)

    Join Emily for a 30 minute power barre! Anything stable can be used in place for the barre - back of a couch/chair, counter, or wall all work great.

  • The Power Barre + Emily (26 min)

  • The Barre + Amber (20 min)

    Join Amber for a quick and effective 20 minute barre class. In place of a barre, the top of a sturdy chair/couch or counter top may be used. A toning/squishy pilates ball will also be utilized if that is available to you.

  • The Power Barre + Chiara (39 min)

    Join Chiara for a 40-minute power barre class. Any sturdy surface such as a counter top or the back of a chair/couch may be used in place as a barre. A set of hand weights will be utilized during this class if those are available to you.

  • The Power Barre + Lina (36 min)

    Join Lina as she takes us through a fiery full body power barre. Any stable service may be used in place of a barre - couch, chair, counter top as well as a sturdy mat in place. Have a water bottle nearby and get ready to sweat!

  • The Barre + Chiara (44 min)

    Join Chiara as she takes us through a toning and strengthening barre routine. The back of a chair/couch or wall may be used in place as a barre. A mat, a set of hand weights, and a resistance band are encouraged if they are available to you.

  • The Power Barre + Emily (37 min)

    Join Emily as she takes us through a toning power barre series. The back of a chair, couch, or wall (anything a bit more stable) may be used in place of a barre. Looped band / resistance band, mat and set of hand weights will be utilized if that is accessible to you.

  • The Power Barre + Chiara (30 min)

    Get hot in this Barre class with Chiara! A resistance band and barre support is recommended for this class.

  • The Power Barre + Emily (25 min)

    Join Emily for this sweat-inducing class that uses your body weight for the ultimate resistance! Barre-like support is recommended for this class.

  • The Barre + Chiara (45 min)

    Join Chiara in this beginner-friendly, all-level Barre class. You'll be moving nice and slow focusing on balance, posture and stability. For this class, you will need 2 hand weights, a stability ball and a barre-like structure for support.

    This full-body Barre workout will move into the many tiny muscle groups throughout the body. Use a barre, counter, or chair for support to move through this class. A resistance band and mat are suggested for this class.

    Join Chiara in this full-body Barre workout! You'll flow through various postures in this class using a chair or counter as support.
