The Cardio Circuit + Chiara (20 min)
Join Chiara for a sweaty cardio circuit! It will feature 8 exercises with 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. Each exercise will be completed twice. This class will feature both high and low impact options. Let's get moving!
The Cardio + Emily (28 min)
Join Emily for a quick moving cardio session and lets get that heart rate up! Feel free to put on barre socks or running shoes for more protection of the knees. This class can be done indoors or outdoors.
The Cardio + Chiara (23 min)
Join Chiara for a 20-minute circuit style cardio class! 5 exercises will be completed for 3 rounds with 45 seconds of continuous movement, followed by a 15 second break. Be sure to have water nearby.
