    Get your heart pumping in this standing cardio class with Faith. You'll be getting your heart rate up and leave the class feeling really strong and accomplished.

  • The Cardio + Emily (18 min)

    Join Emily for a full body sweaty cardio class, let's get that heart rate up! This can be done barefoot, in socks, or with sneakers - totally up to you.

  • The Cardio Circuit + Chiara (20 min)

    Join Chiara for a sweaty cardio circuit! It will feature 8 exercises with 45 seconds on 15 seconds off. Each exercise will be completed twice. This class will feature both high and low impact options. Let's get moving!

  • The Cardio + Emily (28 min)

    Join Emily for a quick moving cardio session and lets get that heart rate up! Feel free to put on barre socks or running shoes for more protection of the knees. This class can be done indoors or outdoors.

  • The Cardio + Chiara (23 min)

    Join Chiara for a 20-minute circuit style cardio class! 5 exercises will be completed for 3 rounds with 45 seconds of continuous movement, followed by a 15 second break. Be sure to have water nearby.

  • The Cardio + Chiara (30 min)

    Join Chiara as she takes us through a barre inspired cardio circuit - 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds break. The circuit will be repeated a total of 3 times. Options are available for a lower impact cardio (no jumping).

    Join Chiara as she takes us through a cardio flow that incorporates strengthening and toning with continuous movement to elevate the heart rate. A mat and barefoot is recommended.

    Join Emily for a short and spicy quick-moving cardio flow that is sure to pump up your heart rate and energy level. A mat, water nearby and barefoot is recommended.
