Join Tyler for a 25 minute mixed movement session that will incorporate both pilates and mobility training. This class will centre around the arms and upper body. Tyler will utilize a towel for this class in place of a slider if you have that prop or anything similar at home!

Join Tyler for his signature mixed movement class with a focus on mobility and a deep connection to your body. Tyler will be using a chair in today's class, but feel free to use a couch, wall, or counter!

Join Tyler for a beautiful blend of yoga and pilates. A block, ball, and a yoga dowel will be utilized for this class if those or any household substitutes are available to you.
