Join Amber for a quick and effective 20 minute barre class. In place of a barre, the top of a sturdy chair/couch or counter top may be used. A toning/squishy pilates ball will also be utilized if that is available to you.

The Power Barre + Chiara (39 min)
Join Chiara for a 40-minute power barre class. Any sturdy surface such as a counter top or the back of a chair/couch may be used in place as a barre. A set of hand weights will be utilized during this class if those are available to you.

Join Lina as she takes us through a fiery full body power barre. Any stable service may be used in place of a barre - couch, chair, counter top as well as a sturdy mat in place. Have a water bottle nearby and get ready to sweat!

Join Chiara as she takes us through a toning and strengthening barre routine. The back of a chair/couch or wall may be used in place as a barre. A mat, a set of hand weights, and a resistance band are encouraged if they are available to you.
