Faren is inviting you into this fun and effective ballet barre-inspired workout that will create lasting results. Work on your balance, flexibility and alignment while creating long, lean muscle definition. This practice is low to no impact, with no experience necessary. For this class, it is recommended you have a chair or a wall nearby, a set of small hand weights (1-5lbs), and a stability ball. You may also use soup cans, towels, or a pillow!
