Join Michelle for a 30 minute restorative practice. A bolster and a blanket will be utilized for this flow if those are available to you. Remember the key to a restorative practice is to feel warm, comfortable, and supported so if you don't have a bolster handy pile on those blankets! Michelle suggests turning your phone off, lighting a candle, and dim the lights to make this session extra special.
