In this 30 minute session titled “Bolder Shoulders”, Ella will dive deep into the shoulder region. You will learn about the bones of the shoulder and the muscles that contribute to its stability and capacity to move in all the directions it is meant to. There will be rolling and integration of functional movement to aid in increasing the active range of motion of your shoulders. This session will de-stress the body and mind, and enhance the fluidity of the movement around the shoulder. You will need the small Yoga Tune-Up balls in their tote, an alpha ball, a strap and two blocks.
