Working with props such as resistance bands and weighted balls, you will isolate and strengthen specific muscle groups. Open to all levels, The Pilates is essential if you have a regular movement practice, as it will acquaint you further with the unique mechanics of your body.

  • The Pilates ARMS FOREVER + Chivon (15 min)

    Strengthen your arms with Chivon in this quick Pilates class. Toning balls and a mat are recommended for this class.

  • Pilates + Amber (26 min)

    Join Amber in this dynamic Pilates class where you will utilize a foam roller to stretch and tone muscles.

  • The Pilates LOWER BODY WITH BANDS + Faith (20 min)

    Join Faith in this Pilates class that focuses on the Lower Body. In this class, you will use resistance bands.

  • The Pilates + Faith (27 min)

    Welcome to a Pilates full body flow with Faith. Energize, strengthen and tone your entire body in this class. 2 toning balls are recommended for this practice.

  • The Pilates + Tyler (26 min)

    In this powerful class, Tyler will lead you through a floor sequence entirely on your back working legs, hips and arms. For this practice, you will need 2 toning weights and a block.

  • The Pilates - Lower Body Tone + Faith (20 min)

    Join Faith for a lower body focused pilates flow that will work your glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves. This flow will utilize body weight to sculpt those long, lean lines!

  • The Mixed Movement - Strong & Calm + Ashley (24 min)

    Join Ashley for her new signature class, "Strong & Calm". This class beautifully integrates yoga and pilates and will use just your own body weight.

  • The Pilates - Lower Body + Faith (20 min)

    Join Faith for a 20 minute lower body toning class focused on the inner and outer thighs. This class incorporates some mobility work as well!

  • The Pilates + Tyler (26 min)

    Join Tyler for a full body pilates class that will also incorporate some stretching to ease tension and props for toning! Tyler will utilize a yoga strap and a light hand weight if those or anything similar are available to you.

  • The Pilates - Power Arms & Upper Body + Faith (15 min)

    Join Faith for a fiery, quick and effective power arm and upper body toning. Faith will be utilizing a resistance band for this class, preferably a light to medium if you have one available to you.

  • The Power Pilates Core + Faith (18 min)

    Join Faith for a quick but fiery power core pilates series! This class will utilize only your own body weight, no props needed, so this is the perfect class to do anywhere even when you're travelling!

  • The Pilates - Core on Fire + Emily (20 min)

    Join Emily for a 20 minute core focused flow that is sure to leave your abdominals on fire! Emily will be using a squishy/toning pilates ball to intensify some moves if that or something similar is available to you.

  • The Power Pilates + Faith (21 min)

    Join Faith for a fiery 20 minute full body power series! Faith will be utilizing a squishy/toning ball to help intensify the moves if that prop is available to you.

  • The Pilates Full Body + Faith (19 min)

    Join Faith as she leads us through our 889 The Pilates flow. This class utilizes a set of light hand weights but just your own body weight will do the trick as well, so roll out your mat and let's begin!

  • The Power Core Pilates + Faith (22 min)

    Join Faith for a fiery 22 minute power pilates session focusing on toning those abs!! A squishy toning ball will be utilized if that is available to you, but your own body weight is perfectly fine if not.

  • The Pilates + Faith (20 min)

    Join Faith for a challenging full body 20 minute pilates class. A squishy toning ball will be utilized if that is available to you or else your own body weight is fine!

  • Chivon + The Pilates Arm Toning (17 min)

    Join Chivon for her usual fiery and effective session! Today's class will mainly work arms but incorporating some full body - hips and thighs. A set of light hand weights will be utilized to intensify those moves.

  • The Pilates - Hips & Glutes + Chivon (15 min)

    Join Chivon for a quick 15 minute hip & glute pilates burner. This is great as an add on to days that you do cardio or just looking for a quick and effective class to target that lower body and booty! A set of light ankle weights can be added to this to further intensify moves, but you'll feel it...

  • The Arm Toning + Chivon (20 min)

    Join Chivon for an action packed arm burner. A set of light hand weights is optional to intensify that toning!

  • The Pilates + Faith (22 min)

    Join Faith for a 20 minute full body pilates flow! If you have a set of light hand weights available those will be incorporated to the standing arms portion, if not your body weight is perfect.

  • The Power Core Pilates + Faith (18 min)

    Join Faith for 18 minute Power Core series!

  • The Lower Body Power Pilates + Faith (19 min)

    Join Faith for a strengthening lower body power series utilizing just body weight.

  • The Sideline Pilates + Faith (16 min)

    Join Faith for a killer sideline series that will work both you inner and outer thigh.

  • The Pilates + Faith (22 min)

    Join Faith for a 20 minute full body pilates flow! A toning/squishy ball will be utilized if that is available to you.
